At Lakshya CA, we are often asked if we are a new face in the Nepalese CA landscape. While the name "Lakshya CA" is a fresh addition to our brand, our roots in Chartered Accountancy education run deep, spanning over 14 years of academic excellence.
Our journey began in 2012 with the Academy of Commerce (AOC). For years, AOC served as a premier hub for students pursuing CA under both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). As we grew, so did our commitment to specialized professional paths:
2012 – The Foundation: AOC launched, providing high-quality tuition for both ICAN and ICAI students.
2020 – Diversification: We expanded our portfolio by introducing Seekshya Academy, an institution dedicated exclusively to ACCA (UK) students.
2025 – The Strategic Evolution: To better manage an increasing student body and align with evolving educational regulations, we made a visionary decision to create specialized environments for different CA boards.

In 2025, we streamlined our operations to ensure every student receives a tailored experience. While AOC shifted its focus to exclusively serve CA students under ICAI, we launched Lakshya CA as our specialized "arsenal" for CA education under ICAN.
