CA. Abhishek Kumar Karn

CA. Abhishek is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). At Lakshya CA, he is a tutor for Financial Accounting and Reporting Application level, delivering specialized instruction to Chartered Accountancy students across examination levels. Besides his professional degree in the CA course, CA. Abhishek has also pursued a Masters of Art in Economics from Tribhuvan University and holds a Bachelor's in Business Studies (BBS) from the same institution, and he has demonstrated academic excellence by securing All Nepal 5th Rank in CA CAP-I.

With over five years of progressive professional experience, CA. Abhishek has developed a strong foundation in finance, accounting, audit, taxation, and corporate advisory. He is currently the Managing Consultant at Abhishek Karn & Associates, where he leads a wide range of professional services including audit & assurance, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and business advisory for clients across diverse sectors. He also serves as a Part-Time Consultant to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) India, contributing to assurance and advisory assignments in line with international professional standards.

Prior to establishing his own practice, CA. Abhishek served as the Chief Financial Officer at Ashok Steel Industries Pvt. Ltd., where he led financial strategy, reporting, cash flow management, stakeholder relations, and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory frameworks. Before that, he gained extensive audit experience at PKF TR Upadhya & Co., Chartered Accountants.

Alongside his professional career, CA. Abhishek is also actively involved in academics where he teaches Financial Accounting and Reporting to Chartered Accountancy students. He is recognized for his concept-driven teaching approach, practical insights, and ability to simplify complex accounting standards for effective learning outcomes.
