CA. Mausham pursued his Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), completing the course in December 2024. He is currently serving as the Finance Manager at K&A Engineering Consulting P.C, a US-based engineering consultancy, where he leads the finance team, oversees end-to-end financial operations, and manages compliance with both Nepalese and US regulatory frameworks.

With over 6 years of professional experience spanning financial management, external audit, taxation, and project finance, CA. Mausham has worked across manufacturing, FMCG, consulting, and financial services sectors. He has played a key role in Transfer Pricing studies, FDI entity establishment, and US payroll management, while also driving process automation using SQL, Power Query, and API integrations . Prior to his current role, he served as Invoicing and AR Specialist at K&A and as Audit Executive at PKF TR Upadhya and Company, where he honed expertise in statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit management.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, CA. Mausham serves as a Teaching Faculty at Lakshya CA for the Taxation paper, delivering lectures on Income Tax, VAT, and practical industry applications to aspiring Chartered Accountants. He also holds a Bachelor's in Business Studies (Finance) and Master's in Business Studies (MBS) from Nepal Commerce Campus.
