CA. Priyash pursued his Chartered Accountancy qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and qualified in 2025. At Lakshya CA, he serves as a tutor for Financial Management, where he focuses on building strong conceptual clarity, practical understanding, and exam-oriented strategies among students.

He is the Proprietor of Priyash & Associates, a professional practice engaged in audit, taxation, compliance, and business consultancy services. Through his firm, he works closely with businesses across different sectors, providing practical solutions in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and advisory support.

In addition, he serves as the Director of Fiscal Frames Advisory Pvt. Ltd., a company engaged in consultation, advisory, compliance, and management support services. His involvement in both professional practice and advisory services allows him to bring real-world business perspectives into the classroom, helping students connect theory with practical application.

His active involvement in professional practice and advisory services enables him to bring practical industry exposure into the classroom, helping students understand how Financial Management concepts apply in real business environments.

He has also worked in the manufacturing industry for more than a year as a Senior Finance Officer, where he managed overall finance and accounting operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting.

With over four years of professional experience in audit, accounting, and financial management, he completed his articleship at Khatiwada Dipesh & Associates, where he was involved in statutory, internal, and tax audits, along with advisory engagements including NFRS implementation and SOP development.

Besides his CA qualification, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (BBS) from Tribhuvan University and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Business Studies (MBS). He achieved exemption marks in Financial Management during his CA journey, reflecting his strong command over the subject. Additionally, he has completed IT Training and General Management & Communication Skills Training conducted by ICAN.

He possesses strong technical expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and dashboarding, financial modelling and forecasting, and is proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Tally.
